We visited JCB and met Helen Caswell, Occupational Health Manager and Dr. Tom Bentley, Medical Advisor. The Occupational Health Team look after the health and wellbeing of over 5,500 UK workers. James, from our Client Relationship Team, presented Dr Tom Bentley with our award to celebrate over 20 years of partnership.
Initially 22 years ago our Occupational Health Management Software was utilised for processes including Management Referral, Pre-Placement, HAVS, Health Surveillance and Pre-Travel Clearance. All of these processes are all valuable to the department but we also believe in ‘Always looking for a better way’ as said by Lord Bamford, JCB Chairman.
The Warwick Client Relationship Team visit every customer annually, to discuss business challenges and to share their product knowledge.
