The University of Oxford Occupational Health Service use the OPAS system to schedule and record all of our departmental activity. This includes targeted Medicals, Health Surveillance and Immunisations together with the effective management of a range of referrals to our department. We have found it a significant improvement on the previous occupational health database software we were using, particularly as it has quickly provided a much wider range of management information – both Clinical and Activity focused reports, and an easy to use comprehensive Diary function. Specifically, OPAS has helped us to develop our reporting to the stage where the system is quickly paying for itself in terms of the management of both internal and external contracts. The system also helps with our attendance and communication procedures, by using the email reminder system, and MS Word based letter templates for Appointments etc.

We are delighted with the support that we receive from the Warwick Support Desk, who deal with any queries or problems that arise quickly and professionally.
