After researching various occupational health systems that were available on the market, we obtained a sample of the software from a selection of companies to enable us to become familiar with the packages and see if it was what we were looking for. As a result, we quickly established that the OPAS software which was supplied by Warwick IC Systems was the best product on the market which suited our requirements.
The Warwick team have been most helpful in the configuration, implementation, training and after sales service (helpdesk) stages of our project. In my personal experience, I have been most impressed with the professional and efficient service that the company provides, and they will always keep you up-to-date with stages of any outstanding helpdesk calls which you have placed.
We are currently using the OPAS system for the recording of:
Factory Accidents
Sickness Absence
Medicals - for existing employees
Pre-placement Medicals
Physiotherapy Consultations
Doctor Assessments
As a result, we can now produce a wide range of statistics very quickly and with little effort. I personally find it difficult to design my own reports due to work commitments and time constraints, however I have contacted Warwick IC Systems for help, and they have been excellent in helping me with this.
