We were one of the first major users of the web based e-OPAS product and thus had considerable input to development of the product at various levels. After some inevitable teething problems we now offer the product to all new clients we take on and currently have some 110 users. Training for new users is provided in-house and user feedback is that the system is user friendly and provides for all the major aspects of Occupational Health including employee data, clinical records, appointments and attendances, episodes and events to name but a few.

The e-OPAS application allows a high level of client configuration which has provided us with the ability to develop a bespoke, flexible solution to meet the needs of both Duradiamond Healthcare's approach to service delivery and each of our client's specific requirements.
