Safety Dictionary

The SMS Dictionary has the ability to be configured to your specific needs, the module can be configured to meet any industry sector specific requirements.

The Dictionary allows for safety related advisory phrases to be set up within the system, these can be grouped by phrase types and associated with relevant hazards. Phrase types can be designated in a number of ways such as Risk Phrases (R Phrases), Safety Phrases, First Aid Measures, Control Measures and so on.

These designations are versatile and user configurable allowing you to develop the system to provide a strong fit to your current working practices. These phrases can then be used in hazard related activities such as Risk Assessments, Generation of Safety Data Sheets, SOP's, Standard Instructions and similar documents.
