OPAS "Event" forms include dedicated areas for the recording of textual notes. Any OPAS "events" such as consultations, tests, questionnaires etc can be grouped together into "Episodes" to provide a concise history. Notes recorded against specific events can readily be viewed in context to them. This textual ability allows Occupational Health staff to compile and record detailed information relating to events and episodes which provides a complete picture of these occurrences.
