OPAS provides a range of facilities and functionality to assist with the management of occupational health attendances, including population management, recall and diary. OPAS helps to enable an organisation to meet the criteria for successful case management, as defined by the Case Management Society, which is for "a collaborative process which assesses, plans, implements, co-ordinates, monitors and evaluates the options and services required to meet an individual's health, care and employment needs". OPAS is a holistic system which is capable of providing the necessary structure and processes to meet all of these requirements and allow an organisation to effectively manage their employees OH needs in order to facilitate a healthy productive work force.
