e-OPAS provides a comprehensive web based range of facilities and functionality to assist with the management of Work Adjustments/Restrictions including Tracking tools and Standard Forms. Utilising e-OPAS enables organisations to implement and monitor numerous Workplace Adjustment Programmes allowing for greater support of employees, who without the Adjustment programme, may have had to go on sick leave.
