Team Prevent UK - Occupational Health Management Software

Team Prevent UK have been using the OPAS system since 2006 to assist us in the record keeping and process management of our Occupational Health Business. We were first attracted to the system for its strong ability to provide KPI reports and management information for our clients. Initially it was installed and used for just one of our new customers and there was a large data transfer requirement from the old provider who had been using a completely different system that we were very concerned about. This was picked up by Warwick International's Project Management Team, who quickly allayed our fears and in the end was dealt with in a thorough and efficient manner.

Since then our business has expanded rapidly and we have aquired many diverse clients in both the private and public sector, the flexibility that the OPAS system offers has been key to this growth. Because of the unique administration functions we are able to build bespoke "clinical episodes" and "questionnaires" for our clients. We can also manufacture and adapt our own client specific reports and because of the simple system set up audit of the inputted data is straight forward and easy.

The system support provided by the team is excellent and we have several one on one sessions with an engineer during the year to discuss system improvements and help with any issues or questions we have. One of the most impressive aspects of the service Warwick International offer is the effort that is put into system and product improvement. They listen to feedback from all their clients and upgrades are frequent and relevant. Free seminars are provided throughout the year on updates.
