Bolton Hospitals NHS Trust

The Occupational Health Department at Bolton Hospitals NHS Trust has used the OPAS system for over five years and has approx 15,000 patient records on the database. These "patients" are from a variety of employers including healthcare and external business and the OPAS system can be easily adapted to suit the needs of both groups.

Over the last five years we have made various adaptations to the system to meet our needs and the support staff from Warwick IC Systems are always willing to listen to our ideas and endeavour to meet our requirements quickly and effectively.

Regular site visits and the availability of training add value to the service offered by the Helpdesk who patiently answer questions when we encounter difficulties or want to do something unusual!

The system is user-friendly and statistics are instantly available to assist us with invoicing and management reports. When patients phone to make or change appointments or to request information their records are instantly accessible leading to a prompt, effecient service for the customer.

OPAS is now a part of the service which we could not do without!
