Annual User Group Meetings...

Warwick International is pleased to confirm that the User Group Meetings for 2010 are proving once again a resounding success with many clients attending at least one UGM. Warwick are holding numerous UGM's in various locations around the UK to allow for more delegates to attend. The UGM's are following the new format from last year which was very well received from our clients, the new format has allowed the UGM's to be described as "the best ever" last year and we hope to improve on them again this time round.

The UGM's in the past have proved their worth with numerous delegates describing them as exceptionally helpful and a place to discuss in person any topics they wish and to network with other users and draw from their positive experiences. The event's are well planned and carefully executed with guest speakers discussing new events and explaining any new advancements. Breakout sessions are incorporated into the events in order to provide small intimate groups where users can ask qualified staff about particular aspects of the systems and learn how to utilise the software in an even more effective manner.

The meetings also allow for valuable feedback from our clients as to their future needs, this in turn allows us to always provide what the clients require, now and in the future, and allow us to continue to offer unrivalled customer service and support.
